What is the ‘Thriwe Membership ID’ ?
With the ‘Thriwe Membership ID’ you will be able to avail of the offer brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and Thriwe Consulting Pvt. Ltd (Thriwe) as a part of ‘HSBC Premier Super Rewards program’.
How do I register for my Pass / Membership ID?
Visit rewards.thriwe.com Then If you are a registered user then login with your phone number and password.
If not registered yet, follow the steps below:
1. Click on ‘Register/Login’ on the top-right corner. Now click on ‘Create your account’ to register.
2. Enter your new and unique Membership number to register.
3. If the Membership number is valid, complete the registration form and verify your registered phone number. The OTP sent on your phone number and email ID, will be valid for 10 minutes from the time of issuance only once it has been issued.
4. Don’t forget to read the ‘terms and conditions’ of the program.
5. Once logged in after mobile verification, you will be redirected to your dashboard where you can view your benefits and services near your registered city. You can browse the entire catalogue by clicking on a specific partner logo.
How long is the HSBC Pass / Membership ID benefit valid for?
The Pass / Membership ID is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
Where can I find my Pass / Membership ID?
The Pass / Membership ID will be shared to you by the bank.
What if I have deleted my Pass / Membership ID email?
If your email with Pass / Membership ID is deleted then either you should contact the bank to provide you your allotted pass or if you have registered your Pass / Membership ID. Then you can also contact our customer care executive and they will help you in providing your Pass / Membership ID after confirming some personal information like your name, your registered email or contact no.
What details do I need to login to use my Pass / Membership ID benefits?
You will need your registered Phone number and Password to log in yourself and use the Pass / Membership ID benefits.
I have tried to register my Pass / Membership ID, but the Pass / Membership ID number keeps getting rejected, what should I do?
Kindly re-check if the Pass / Membership ID is correct and valid. Also note: Pass / Membership ID is case-sensitive. I can’t remember my Username and/or password, what should I do?
The username will always be the registered phone number that was used by you while registering a Pass / Membership ID. In case you do not remember your password, click on ‘Forget Password’ to reset it.
Can I reset my password?
Yes, you can reset your password by using ‘Forget Password’ and also you can change your password after login.
I want to update my Email ID and Phone number. What should I do?
No, you cannot update your phone number once registered. Reach out to our customer care executive via phone (1800 208 7899 (India)) or you can write to us on customer.care@thriwe.com for more support.
Can I view my Pass / Membership ID details? What details can I view?
On clicking on your name present on the top right-hand corner you will see a list from which you have to select ‘Profile’. Under this section you can view your details like name, Email ID, Pass / Membership ID, contact no.
Can I extend the validity or benefits of my Pass / Membership ID?
No, you cannot extend the validity of your Pass / Membership ID. This has been pre-defined under the bank’s benefit.

Q. How to redeem a Digital Memberships (OTT, Online Delivery/Shopping)
Cardholder to choose a desired benefit, for example– “Zomato Pro Membership” After clicking on it, the cardholder will be able to view the detailed service offering page and unlock the voucher code.
Once the voucher code is unlocked, the customer can go to the third party website by clicking on the link next to the coupon to avail the benefit from the generated coupon. The cardholder will receive the voucher code via registered Email & SMS as well.
For a few of the partners the customers can avail a percentage of discount post the utilisation of the complimentary membership.
Q. How to redeem a Physical Services (Non-Digital):
Cardholder clicks on the desired benefit, for example – “Spa”. The cardholder will then click on the Facility name, Select Time & Date of Booking. The cardholder will make the balance payment using the Card & receive the booking confirmation via Email & SMS as well.
